Birdview
The Birdview project located in Malibu, California is a typical example how Arcade Series Full Shield can be used to visually reiterate architectural patterns and rhythms in addition to providing beautiful light. The luminaries, all twenty eight of them, are placed in areas that are both practical but also emphasize certain lines of the architecture where negative spaces (like windows) meet structural supports (like columns) or where surface planes change (around corners of walls). Various rectangular shapes are echoed throughout the building unifying the mixture of both cool and warm construction materials.
